Arabic Calligraphy Consulting programs
Within the Arabic Calli/graphy Consulting series, Ktateeb provides remote counseling programs for several age groups, the first of which is children with their parents titled: My Handwriting Is Better with My Mother, presented by Mrs Mona Farouk.
The program targets children from the age of six years and above, accompanied by their mother, where both the child and the mother participate in an interactive, family-friendly atmosphere that is pervaded by the benefit to improve the child's handwriting using the best methods available.
The duration of the program is 6 hours.
Likewise, Ktateeb Education did not forget to pay attention to Arabic Calli/graphy programs for adult, so a Consulting programs titled: Al-Ruqa'a Calli/graphy, was launched, targeting both mothers and teachers.
The program includes:
* A simple overview of the line of Al-Ruqa'a font and how to use the calli/grapher the correct way
* Explanation of every single letters and it’s anatomy.
* Explaining the connection between the letters so that you can write in the mentioned type of font, according to the correct rules for the font.
* Training on phrases, words and names of the participants during the program in addition to explaining Quranic verses and practicing writing them in the correct manner for the type of script mentioned.
Al-Ruqa'a font was specifically chosen for this program because it contains several advantages, the most important is that it is one of the most common Arabic fonts, it is easy to read, fast in writing and far from complexity, and it is considered one of the fine arts that is distinguished by its ability to nurture taste in fine art and sharpen the talent.
The learner acquires many skills, the most important of which are arrangement, organization, accuracy of observation, carefulness, balance, observance of proportions, and urges patience, with a lot of exercise. It also enhances feelings of pride of the Islamic values.
The duration of the program is 8 hours.
