Ktateeb was founded in November 2017 as the first Qatari company to specialize in educational products designed to cope with the identity of the Qatari community and to suit its customs and traditions. The company also provides its services in the field of education and educational counseling for schools and parties interested in the field of education in general


The name of the project is Ktateeb, the plural of (Kutab) which refers to the place of teaching children to read and write and memorize the Holy Quran in the past. The project aims to focus on the production of educational tools that focus on enhancing the love of Arabic language and the identity of children in Qatar.
